USB->ProUSB vs USB->DDC ->COAX

If I hardly ever play DSD, is there a sonic benefit to go from a streamer’s USB to a DDC (such as a Singxer SU-2 or better) into COAX of my Premier vs what I use currently which is the ProUSB/ISL modules. I would think the ProUSB/ISL is the best method for using a USB output from a source without introducing the DD.

I would stay using the ProUSB. All that external box is trying to do is what the ProUSB does, just with less isolation.
