There are media converters that you can use to connect a piece of ethernet based equipment, like Renderer, to a fiber network. Here is an example of one, but you will have to figure the exact type you would need for your network.
I’ve used one like this to connect ethernet networking equipment to my fiber network, but the only way you will know if it will work for streaming audio is to try it out.

Thank you. I have an audiophile switch that will do it. I just thought less is more and if I could get one more piece out equation….
Not sure there is room in those modules to accommodate both a standard Ethernet port, and an SFP cage + the renderer electronics component of the device.
I think it would be a decision if MSB could place an SFP cage in the module, accepting either a fiber receiver, or a copper Ethernet jack insert, AND, for that device to be as stable, and shielded, as much as they would require.
