Hi,

As long as there is a free slot in the Cascade, can a second Pro USB be added.

Yes, multiples of any input, except the Renderer, may be added to any DAC or Digital Director. Up to 4 Pro USBs in a director is fine.

To confirm, two I2S modules could be added?

Yes, if you have space for a module you may add as many as you want of any type Except the Renderer module. Each system may have only one Renderer module.
