Frequent restarts

hi

i’m using the cascade for watching tv a lot of hours and after several hours the dac restarts itself and freeze. only when i restarts again everything is normal.

How are you connecting to the the TV? I AirPlay from Apple TV to a WiiM box via coax to the Cascade. Mine runs without issues with he Cascade. Any issues tend to be connectivity between the AirPlay and the WiiM box

i have a receiver and i’m using analog bypass in the dac.

So next week we have a major firmware update coming out for most of DACs. (Cascade, Select, Reference, Premier, Discrete, and the Digital Director.) While I’m unaware of this exact problem, I think the new firmware will fix it as I made some major changes to improve stability.
