All hooked up and have the plus sign in display but LED on DD flashing red and green. No music from any input. I knew I should have waited until Monday LOL
Control Module to Control on DD They both look like and accept a standard toslink plug. The cable I received in the box has toslink plug on one end and a mini toslink on the other. What am I missing? Can I use a standard toslink cable I have?
That cable won’t work for your needs. Some devices have a jack that does SPDIF via that plug, or a TRS plug for copper SPDIF.
You need a regular TOSLink cable.

Hoowwwww??? This seems impossible to me, we don’t have these cables. It must have been mixed in with our order somehow. But yes, that cable will not work. Did you have a cable you were happy to use or should we send you another one to use moving forward? Happy to help if possible.

No good audiophile worth his weight doesn’t have a spare toslink cable. All is good.
