Reference Digital Director not working

Hi MSB Support Team,

My system is MSB Select with Reference DD, They are working great before.

And now the Reference DD is not working. The Screen display the Digital DiretorMode when I turn on it, but the Director software is 0:0:0:0 in Menu, I can’t get the any input sign.I suspect that my ControlLink module didn’t worked,the The Select DAC did not looking for it…The Slot A show is” - - -” in Select DAC menu,The status of other modules can be displayed.

Hi Frank_Lee, has anything happened to the optical cable from the control module, please check if it is well connected between the DD and Select. Also check the power from the DD. Maybe the power cable came lose?
