Gents, what amp is this?

This is the S500, we have been shipping them for many years now.

That doesn’t look like the back of my S500? Did something change mine is less than a year old.

They are now built inverted (upside down) because we found that there were a couple of large capacitor leakages on newly produced amps that potentially could have been avoided if the amplifier was broken in while it was inverted. All the internals are the same, only the jack panel changed.

Just a small update, it took a while to find its way on to the product page, but it’s there.

Nope! We just flipped the core. The new jackpanel was required to keep the marking and labels upright. I put on some bigger feet, but functionally, they are indentical.

Love the less angular, near-perpendicular speaker binding posts; they work best that way to accommodate stiff “audiophile” speaker cables.
