Good afternoon
I am a happy owner of a Analog Dac. The key to reduce the volume of the default remote control is not working any more. I would like to open the remote control to see what happened but I didn’t find a way and I would like to avoid to break it to open. Could you kindly suggest what to do to open it.

Daniel, thanks for your reply. The remote is the simple one (black plastic) that came with the Analog Dac. I will open a ticket in the tech support. Thanks again.
