my Cascade remote yesterday started moving the volume very slowly when turn the dial. I assume it needs a battery replacement, I opened the back of the remote and there is a circuit board blocking things, before I did anything else wanted to ask, please advise
Plug the remote (bottom end) into a mico-usb cable then into a USB charger or USB port on a computer. Wait until the light goes from red to white ( a few hours). Your remote will be fully charged.

The remote also has an indicator LED. If it’s flashing white, it means the battery is good. If it flashes white/red, it means the battery is low and should be charged. If it flashes red, it will not work until the battery is charged.
