Good Morning, what firmware version is your Cascade showing when you have the BDT capability enabled?
Mine is Software:1.0.3.1 and Hardware: 1.5.1.0
Mine reports SW 1.2.1.0 and HW 0.0.0.1, not sure what that means though as I can’t find a table explaining the versions.
BTW I got my versions backward 
Should have been
Hardware:1.0.3.1 and Software: 1.5.1.0
@Peter.Bomberg , not to worry! It is simply a reporting error. If the Digital Director starts before the Analog Converter, it looks for the hardware and doesn’t see it. If you reset the Digital Director, that should update correctly to show the new hardware.
We are aware of this bug, and the good news, its fixed! We have new firmware available today that will solve this issue along with adding some other features. You can find the firmware files here:
