MSB Discrete DAC not working with 44.1k sampling

Hi guys,

My MSB Discrete DAC has been unable to play 44.1 kHz material—or any of its multiples—correctly since I installed the last firmware update (v23.14); it only works with 48 kHz tracks now.
I tried running the firmware update again to fix the issue, but unfortunately the update file itself is 44.1 kHz, so it wouldn’t load.
Does anyone have other suggestions, or should I just reach out to the supplier for assistance?

Do you have more than 1 input? If so, you could get a different firmware loaded that way. Not sure if there is a “factory reset” function.

Hi, please contact your local dealer. This is most likely a clock issue where the clock needs recalibration. This has to be done at the factory.
