I connect my Aurender N20 to my Discrete DAC ( dual power) via Balanced XLR. Whenever I select a HiRes recording on Qobuz the display on my DAC shows. - - KHz. Never see 48, 96 , etc. What is the issue?

Is it playing from other sources. Check both power cables if they are locked in correctly and both psu are on. The screen is on a different psu than the dac modules
While playing these other rates, do you have music and does it sound correct?
I am working on new code now for our DACs and I’m going to specifically see if I can fix this display.

Music is playing without issue
Both Power Supplies are properly connected
I do have another connection. It’s an optical from my TV which works but rarely used.
Only issue is no frequency displayed.
One other comment
All other screen functions are displayed. It’s only when a HiRes track is selected. Again what I see displayed as the track loads
