I just found out you are here, so if you will pls let me share my system.
When searching for a new DAC I ended up with a complete MSB System.
Nowadays I’m playing with the Premier DAC together with the S200 amplifier (“The sum of the Parts”). Recently I’ve added the DD and that’s a huge step forward into dynamics and details.
The Premier DAC receive it’s signal from the Melco switch and the Melco is powered by a Farad 3 power supply.
Looking at the cables we can be simple, all is connected via Crystal Cable Monet series, except the usb cable between the Melco and the Premier DAC, the bit’s and bites runs via Crytal Cable Da Vinci.
The matt gold Wilson Audio Yvette’s are beauty’s in it’s own and kept under full control by the S200. Easily blows the dust of the 10” woofers 
I’m now working on the room acoustic, as read here before, not a subject to be overlooked
