Very nice setup, Niagra 5 or 7000 and did you compare the X Diamond SE to the Forza?
Thanks. I was driwing the speakers with goldmund telos 690 integrated so i bought niagara 3000. I plugged s500 to niagara now but i suspect if it can handke this giant amp?
I comapared forza to signature and find dorza maybe a bit more refined in mid bass performance but for the holographic sound stage signature was far better so i webt that direction

hmmm I am going to listen to the Forza and Extreme in 2 weeks + some other speakers but my gut feeling is everyone seems very impressed with the Forza, however my X’s paired with a pair or REL’s might be hard to beat, I will keep you posted

Thank you Daniel. I am waiting for my Estelon X Diamond Signature order. Now i am using mab stack with my dealers XB (ceramic tweeter)
I am mostly after huge holographic soundstage and ebgaging musical setups in thşs hobby. MSB stack has the best holographic huge soundstage i ever had or heard and very detailed presentation but an over dose detail and a bright sound. Analytical maybe. I do not know if it is the msb’s classical character but it is unengaging and un musical. Suler detailed and lifelike soındstgae.
Maybe iy is becouse of ceramic tweeter or 8 degrees toe in of soeakers or the electronics
Not super happy now

I found degree to in to sound much better on my X’s, try reducing the toe in. The soundstage is very large and crystal clear on my system

Thank you Peter. I only have just 8 degrees of toe in as estelon suggests. Those soeakers has very wide dipersion and less directional.
Do you think just toe out from 8 degrees to lets say 0 degrees wil solve that brightness problem?
I will have a try at weekand couse i am in a trip now.

The described brightness does make me think tweeter. I wonder if the upgraded Diamond tweeter will take care of that issue.

Enjoy the trip but me experience is direct access on some tweeters are piercing (too bright) while off axis they are crisp not shrill, however as you said these are loaners so the question is when do you get yours (and what colour did you go for)

Within 15 days and it is black . I hope it will match msb sytem well cause it is the best holographic soundstage i ever heard. If it is bright again i have to go for an accuphase class a or gryphon

I would recommend spending some time on setup and then auditioning some speaker cables if it is still present with the X Diamonds. That brightness as described is not a feature of the MSB gear. At least not to our customers

I did what ever i could. Re setup speakers far feom walls, near firld listening etc. But nothing helped to solve problem. I went back to my mola mola tambaqui and added a Allnic L 10000 OTL tube preamp to drive s500. Result is nothing but spectacular. Deep and wide holographic soundstage, engaging , detailed and tranparent sound. No slowish and too warm,romantic tube sound. Super tight,lifelike and dynamic sound.
I yhink i sould go for at keast Reference dac to have a proper analog volume control.
S500 is a love object. Design and sound vise.
