Dan, this hit me. I’ve had to navigate some hard family stuff myself—not the same, but enough to recognize the weight. Thanks for saying only what needed to be said. I love what you all build and how personable and responsive you have been since my MSB journey started in 2018 with a Premier and now a Reference. My experience of art is through your creations. I’ll be a customer as long as both MSB and I are around.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback Rob. Sharing and having transparency on this has been literally life changing. Particularly through the support and feedback we have received. A little empathy for everyone’s individual journeys is good for the planet
