First I want to thank Vince and Alex (Alma Audio) for rescuing me yesterday in crisis with a few Digital Director hiccups. Not many dealers and sales managers who are dedicated enough to answer emails on a national holiday. A testament to MSB commitment to world class customer service.
If there is this much improvement adding the digital director to my Premier I cannot fathom what magic holds in the Sentinel and Cascade…
My first email with comment to Alex and Vince was it sounds like someone cleaned years of window grime off my picture window viewing the garden outside. A great song comes to mind “I can see clearly now”. I asked what tomfoolery was going on…maybe DSP magic? Maybe in a few years I can upgrade to whatever the latest MSB throws out which by then it will be astronomically better than the Premier.

@MSB-NC What you just described is why many of us here, will not really look at anything else than MSB once we have experienced the dedication, service and musical excellence that MSB represents.

Now, to your amazement with the Director, I still remember when I heard it the first time in our system. The sense of “no limits”, which was already there with the MSB DACs, just went off the charts!
