# Power upgrade project result! Vince was right!

Hi folks, for those who are interested and/or might find it helpful, I’ve copied a link below to my WBF post sharing the outstanding result by following the practices outlined in Vince’s power implementation white paper. While YMMV depending on your system, utility service, etc, my mileage was significant. Some active WBF posters may minimize the efficacy of gauge, twisting, etc, but for me, the impact was a HUGE night and day difference. Can’t imagine any component upgrade, irrespective of cost, that would have yielded this level of improvement.

Yes, Vince is right! I’ve followed Vince’s power upgrade guidelines in 3 different listening rooms and every time it has made a significant improvement in sonics. If you’ve invested a lot of $ in your system, it is worth it to ensure your equipment has the cleanest, most unrestricted power you can provide.
