I live in East Tennessee, Knoxville to be specific. Dolly grew up a few miles from here. She meant a lot to me and my family even though we are new to the area some 40 years ago. I spent last night listening to many of her compositions. A multitalented and unique human being. She was the real deal and I think that’s why she was so loved around the world. We will miss her dearly.

Her legacy will last for generations to come. Her music has made its into our family holidays and traditions. My wife and I are so grateful to be able to continue enjoying the many contributions she gifted us. She made the world a better place.
